MANGO COCONUT CHIA SEED PUDDING

Weekend done right! It's mango season so I am going to delve into more Mango recipes- let me know in comments when you get tired of my Mango recipes because I won't.
This dish can be used as a morning breakfast or for a healthy dessert option. Either way, it's jam-packed with amazing flavors and makes for a very healthy treat.
1 can coconut milk or 1 box coconut cream
6 tablespoons chia seeds
6 tablespoons flaked coconut or fresh coconut meat
5 tablespoons honey- I used agave
1 to 2 mangoes, cubed/ 2 cups cubed mangoes
1/2 cup dried Fig/Anjeer
Mix coconut milk, honey, mangoes in a blender and blend to a homogenous mixture.
Add chia seeds and let the mixture rest in the fridge minimum for 4 hours or overnight is best.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with some sliced coconut flakes and dried fig (Anjeer) and serve.
